Day-to-day activities include:
• Serve as the front line/first point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Support outside sales representatives, including maintaining a customer base, providing sales quotes and spot pricing, order entry and sample requests.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve urgent customer issues.

Experience and skills our client is seeking:
• An individual with a high sense of urgency who is committed and passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree and an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software and overall technologically savvy.
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in a Sales Support/Customer Service position and bilingual (Spanish/English) is an advantage.
